Casa Bella is a beautifully remodeled 6-bedroom home, including a 2-bedroom guest house that sits on the ocean at the mouth of Yalku Lagoon, offering unparalleled views of the Caribbean and the Lagoon. Looking out from Casa Bella is breathtaking and calming. The patios are also one of the best places in Akumal to enjoy the full moon. Windows along the entire lagoon side of the home make this a very bright and open villa. Guests of Casa Bella enjoy use of a four passenger golf cart, a perfect way to get around Akumal. If you prefer, there are also 2 bikes provided for you.

On the ground level, this house offers a spacious living and dining area, fully equipped kitchen with modern amenities and 2 large bedrooms with private bathrooms (one ensuite). Each bedroom is air conditioned for your comfort. The entertainment/computer room now has TV with satellite and DVD player with movies. iPod docking stations are also found in the main house and guesthouse (please ask us for details).

French doors on the ground level open to a spacious patio perfect for entertaining or relaxing with a good book, complete with dramatic water views and a pathway to the water for swimming and world famous snorkeling.

On the second level there is a spacious master bedroom suite and bathroom, including an adjoining private study (or bedroom). The view from the master bedroom is spectacular. Natural light floods the room. For your comfort, choose to open the windows for a refreshing tropical breeze or take a break from a long day of exploring by cooling the room with the air conditioner.

The master bedroom is furnished with king bed and traditional Mexican "Equipal" chairs. Textiles from Guatemala and crafts from central Mexico complete the room creating a bright, fresh and comfortable space. Off of the sleeping area of master bedroom you will also find the master bath, with closets and a safe for your use. The master bedroom opens onto a large terrace perfect for watching sunsets and the aqua blue sea while sipping a cold margarita.

There are 2 additional bedrooms found in the guesthouse as well as its own seperate living area. There is a TV with DVD player and satellite. One bedroom has a queen and the other has 1 double bed and 1 single bed with a shared bath. It also features an open floor plan, kitchen, living room and dining area. Casa Bella provides a great deal of space for your large group!

The large lot (approximately 1-1/2 acres) has tropical gardens surrounding the swimming pool, which sits between the main and guest houses.

Along with direct access to Yalku Lagoon, the beaches of Half Moon Bay and Akumal Bay are a short walk or golf cart ride away. The small town of Akumal also offers many wonderful restaurants, shops and activities nearby.
